Project Overview

This project focused on evaluating and designing premium guest experiences within theme park environments. Through competitive analysis, guest-journey mapping, and environment-styling concepts, the goal was to identify opportunities to elevate Universal Orlando Resort’s premium offerings.

The work examined how physical environments, service interactions, and design details influence the perception of exclusivity and value. By analyzing leading premium experiences across the industry, the project proposed strategies to enhance VIP tours, private events, and premium guest packages while maintaining operational efficiency.
